Who are we?
The conference will be held at Charles University in Prague, one of the oldest universities in the world. The Faculty of Mathematics and Physics was founded in 1952 and belongs to the top research and educational institutions.
The members of local organizing committee belong to the Department of Physics Education which guarantees future high school physics teachers' training. The people in the department are involved in development of new teaching aids, creation of textbooks, development of school physics content and physics teaching standards and conceptions, as well as research.
How to get there?
To get to the faculty from the city centre, you may use public transport. Take the metro line C to the station "Nádraží Holešovice" and then bus no. 201 to the stop "Kuchyňka" or the bus no. 187 to the stop "Pelc Tyrolka" (both stops are request stops). The route from both stops to the conference venue is marked in the picture below.
