What is the conference fee, what it includes, and how I pay it?
Conference fee
All participants are requested to pay the conference fee of €250, whereas the fee for each accompanying person is €120.
What the fee covers?
The fee for participants covers fixed organizational costs, conference proceedings, the transfer to/from the venue, coffee breaks, welcome drink on Monday, and the tour of the island and conference dinner on Wednesday.

How I can pay the fee?
The fee can be paid with cash in € to the organizers during the conference.
Note: We're are also working on the possibility of a bank transfer in €. Once we settled in with the details, the table below will be updated accordingly.

What is the deadline?
There is a deadline concerning only the accommodation pre-booking (end of May and ultimately mid-July). For the conference fee, there is no deadline for cash payment (i.e., it will be done during the conference). In case the possibility of a bank transfer will be settled, the deadline will be one week in advance before the conference starts.

Please note that your registration is not effective until the accommodation pre-booking deposit is received from the hotel (see details in the Accommodation tab)
