Description
We present performance tests on irradiated 3D-trench silicon sensors, developed within the TimeSPOT project. The tests were performed in different experimental conditions and at different fluences, both in the laboratory and in test-beam at SPS, CERN. The tests show excellent time resolution (around 10 ps) and nominal geometric efficiency (around 99%) of such sensors up to the maximum tested fluence of 2.5 10^16 1-MeV-neutron equivalent per cm^2 and demonstrate that their limit in radiation resistance is still to be reached.
