The NuPhys2023 Proceedings will be available online using the online archive Zenodo. With the presenter's consent, slides and/or posters will be uploaded to Zenodo by the organisers after the conference. The contributions will get a DOI (Digital Object Identifier) and, thus, will be uniquely citeable. More details on Zenodo can be found here.
If a presenter wishes to upload a typeset traditional contribution to the arXiv, the organisers will link this manuscript to the conference proceedings if notified of the arXiv number before 31 March 2024. When submitting to the arXiv, please include in the comments section that this contribution was presented as a Talk/Poster at NuPhys2023. Note that this is completely optional.
Presenters can use the following NuPhys2023Template to create the manuscript. Speakers have a limit of 10 pages, while poster presenters have a limit of 4 pages, excluding references in both cases.
