Welcome Drink
We will host a welcome drink on December 18th after the end of the last talk.
Poster session
We will hold the poster session on the 8th floor of Bush House.
During the poster session drinks and nibbles will be offered.
Dinner
We will host the dinner at
De Vere Grand Connaught Rooms
61-65 Great Queen Street, WC2B 5DA
The dinner will include:
- 1 glass of Sparkling Wine on arrival
- Three course of seated dinner
- Tea/coffee and mince pies
There will also be a DJ and dance floor until 1am.
