The registration includes breakfast, lunches, reception the first evening, poster session + drinks and dinner the second day and all coffee breaks, and a welcome bag.
The registration process is considered completed only after the payment of the conference fee has been received and the name will then appear in the list of participants.
Students: £125 up to 25 November (early registration fee), £175 from Nov 26 to Dec 8 (standard registration fee).
Non-Students:
£225 up to 25 November (early registration fee), £275 from Nov 26 to Dec 8 (standard registration fee).

Group payment:
we accept group payments. The group PI should email nuphys@kcl.ac.uk with the expected list of people. The payment should be done through a bank transfer, nd should be submitted by Dec 8 with the final list of registrants from the group.
Accompanying person(s)
Accompanying persons are welcome.
They are invited to attend our social events, which include a welcome reception, attendance at the poster session and dinner.
