This page talks about proceedings submissions for CTD2023. Contributions are optional, but we encourage everyone to write and submit a paper based on their contribution. Proceedings will be peer reviewed by CTD IAC committee and other experts, and then published online.
Submission deadline is November 15, 2023 November 30, 2023. If you plan to submit a proceedings please also indicate that via this form by October 31 so that we can start to organize the reviews.
Suggested page limits, including the title page:
- 8 pages if you had a 25+5 minute talk
- 7 pages if you had a 20+2 minute talk
- 6 pages if you had a 15+5 minute talk
- 6 pages if you had a poster
The papers for the proceedings should be prepared using either the LaTeX template or the Word template.
Your proceedings correspond to your talk or poster contribution number, that you can find searching in the contribution list. If your indico contribution is XX, your proceeding number will be PROC-CTD2023-XX.
Submitting is easy. Please find your way to your contribution, and you should see a "upload paper" button there. Click it, and upload your paper.
