Posters
Posters will be on display for selected days in the coffee break area. Your poster should have a maximum size of A0. Material to fix the poster to the boards will be provided.
We plan to make the posters available in electronic format. For this purpose please upload your poster material (a single document in pdf) on the web page of your contribution (search for it under the menu "Author List" and then press the button "Material") and toggle the button "Protected" to keep your material private until the symposium (you need to be logged in with your personal user account).
Please also upload a teaser viewgraph (one landscape document of one or two page(s), pdf format, include "teaser" in the filename) in case your have been allocated an oral presentation of a few minutes in the parallel session.
People at the speaker corner of the symposium can help you to upload and test your material before your presentation.
Talks
Please upload your presentation material on the web page of your contribution (search for it under the menu "Author List" and then press the button "Material") and toggle the button "Protected" to keep your material private until the symposium (you need to be logged in with your personal user account). Please upload your material at least 24 hours before your presentation. The preferred formats for your material are pdf, Keynote or Powerpoint for Mac OS X. OSX computers will be used in the conference rooms.
