The accommodation for 5 nights is in the CERN Hostel on campus. A block of 16 beds with washbasin in a shared room has been pre-reserved at 14 CHF per person. Please coordinate among the participants who will share a room and put the name of your room-mate on each of your individual request forms. If you do not find a room mate, the hostel with assign room mates, according to gender.
In order to secure the room booking, the booking form has to be sent to the hostel by 27th April. After this date, any unused rooms will be released and the room will therefore no longer be guaranteed. Depending on availability, it might still be possible to book individual rooms at the CERN Hostel.
