Nature of the conference:

Scientific progress requires the open exchange of ideas. This works when participants
enjoy freedom of interaction, communication, and movement with equitable access to data,
information, and research materials. We support and promote this principle by opposing
any discrimination based on factors related to individual identity or background.
This conference will be an opportunity for free exchange among all attendees,
on topics related to tau lepton physics.

Code of conduct:

Participants will avoid any inappropriate actions or statements based on individual
characteristics such as age, race, ethnicity, sexual orientation, gender identity, gender
expression, marital status, nationality, political affiliation, ability status, educational
background, etc. Disruptive or harassing behavior of any kind will not be tolerated.

We encourage the following behaviors in all interactions:
- Show kindness, courtesy, and respect to others
- Respect differences in viewpoint and experience
- Accept and recognize the value of constructive criticism
- Use welcoming and inclusive language
