Registration fees are mentioned below. A separate payment link will be sent to the registered participants for payment of the registration fees following registration.
Accommodation will be arranged inside the IIT Hyderabad campus at the International Guest House, IIT Hyderabad for those attending the conference. On campus accommodation is most suitable since the IIT Hyderabad campus is located outside the main city.
Registration fees are inclusive of the charges for accommodation for 4 nights (17th to 20th December, checkout on 21st morning) and all meals (from breakfast on the 18th to breakfast on the 21st).
- For Indian faculty members:
INR 12,000 + GSTReduced to INR 10,000 + GST - For Indian students and postdocs:
INR 8,000 + GSTReduced to INR 7,000 + GST - For foreign participants: USD 300 (also including airport transportation)
If you have registered, you would have received a payment link in the 1st week of November, payment deadline is the 7th 10th of November. Please check your spam for emails via indico. Note, local (Hyderabad based) and foreign participants may get notified at a later date.
Single room accommodation will be arranged for faculty members and shared accommodation (2 persons) will be arranged for students and postdocs. Postdocs / Students may mail us separately if they require a single room accommodation and are willing to pay for the difference, subject to the availability of rooms. Indian participant requiring airport transportation, subject to applicable charges, may also mail us.
Food:
During 18-20 December, three lunches, two regular dinners, and one Conference dinner will be provided at the Upper Dining Hall, IGH.
Complimentary breakfast will be provided at the lower dining hall, IGH.
Tea/Coffee and Snacks will be served at the Convention Center.
There is an Isthara Food Court within walking distance of the Convention Center with outlets such as Subway etc that you may avail of at your own cost.
