REGISTRATION FEES
Regular fee: 450 CHF
Students and ECR fee: 300 CHF
The registration fee include all morning coffees, lunches and coffee breaks (March 11-13, 2025), the welcome drink on Tuesday 11th March, and the social dinner on Wednesday 12th March. Participation to the introductory course on coated conductors materials and applications (March 10th, University of Geneva) is also included.
Please note that Students and Early Career Reseaurches (ECR) will be asked to provide a recommendation letter from their supervisor

Your payment should be free of charge for CERN.
CERN MEMBERS
For CERN members (MPE or MPA), all expenses should be paid through the budget code of the corresponding CERN group. Please contact your group secretariat to handle the payment of your registration fee. Please do not pay any fee yourself.
Instructions for CERN secretaries:
The payment of the registration fees should be done via a TID : Supplier/creditor = Valerie Brunner, BC 10992 (CCA 2025). Please indicate the name of all corresponding participants in the TID.
Refund
Until Thursday 28 February 2025, refund of 100% less 20 CHF of administration costs. After this date, no refunds are available. Written notice must be sent to CCA-2025@cern.ch to confirm cancellation.
