Bookings are to be made by each participant.
For this workshop, we have pre-booked some rooms in CERN Hostel (CERN Meyrin site) and in Foyer Residence Schuman in Saint Genis-Pouilly (France) for external participants and students. You can find below the details to make your reservation.

- Single room with private bathroom - CHF 58.00/ night
Additional rooms for students on March 9th (Foyer Residence Schuman - France):
- Single room with private washbasin - CHF 27.00/ night
- Single room with private washbasin and w.c. - CHF 48.00/ night
Please fill in the booking form for CCA 2025 and send it to housing.service@cern.ch to confirm your reservation at the latest 31 days before the expected arrival date.
You will be asked to provide your personal details, your preferred dates and a credit card number as a guarantee.
Booking requests will be treated according to the availability on the group booking. If all the pre-booked rooms have been used, booking requests will be treated according to the hotel availability.
Cancellation and modification is accepted free of charge until 14:00 (CET) 2 days before the foreseen day of arrival.
