A block booking has been made for the LISA Conference at the CERN Hostel for single rooms at a cost of 58 CHF/night.
If you would like one of these rooms, please fill in the booking form found on the homepage and send it directly to the CERN Hostel via housing.service@cern.ch.
The rooms will be distributed on a first come first served basis up until the deadline of 25th July 2024. After this date rooms still might be available via the normal CERN hostel booking system.
All reservations, regardless of origin, are payable in Swiss francs.
Cancellation or modification are accepted without charge until 2:00 pm (local time) two days prior to the scheduled arrival date.
In case of no-show, the first night will be charged 100% on the financial guarantee provided at the time of booking. The rest of the stay will be entirely cancelled if no (re) confirmation is given before 12:00 (local time) the day after the no-show.
In case of early departure, there is no charge if the hotel reception is informed before 12:00 (local time) on the day of departure.
