Please note that registration includes the following only: access to all lectures throughout the week, 3 lunches onsite, coffee breaks, visits booked through registration, 1 welcome reception upon registration and 1 farewell dinner.
IMPORTANT NOTE: our system DOES NOT allow us to issue invoices (RFF) after receipt and posting of payments. Consequently, PLEASE MAKE SURE TO TICK THE APPROPRIATE BOX FOR INVOICE REQUESTS and proceed with payment only ONCE THIS HAS BEEN GENERATED.
Please note that you need to arrange your OWN accommodation. To facilitate your search, rooms at the CERN hostels have been secured until 30 days before the conference. Please refer to the form attached in the menu once available should you wish to make reservation there
