Poster Session - Monday 30th September
All students are encouraged to present their current research work in the context of a special poster session that is planned for Monday 30 September.
These posters should be prepared before arriving at the School since we will not have facilities for printing them locally. It is recommended that you prepare your posters in A1 portrait format, although other formats will be allowed subject to the available space. There is no need to frame the posters since it is planned to attach them to walls or display panels using adhesive tape or putty.
If you plan to present a poster, please register the poster on the Call for posters page by submitting an abstract. The page is restricted to participants of the school, and requires the same the same account as used to fill out the acceptance and information questionnaire. Please do this at least 10 days before the start of the school. This way we can ensure that enough place is available for all posters to be shown.
Please note that you should check if there are rules in your collaboration on the material that can be presented on posters. Some guidelines can be found on the page where you can register the poster.
If you have trouble accessing the Call for Poster page, please get in contact with physics.school@cern.ch or sascha.stahl@cern.ch. This can happen if you registered with a different email than you usually use for indico.
