11:00 → 11:15 RD50-MPW4 - Preliminary IVs

• Backside processed RD50-MPW4 samples delivered at CERN on 06.02.24
• Samples will be shipped to Liverpool and from there to other RD50 institutes
• A sub-set of the samples will be irradiated with neutrons at Ljubljana. We need to prepare an irradiation plan. Proposal for min fluence of 1E14 and max fluence of 1E16, with several steps in between. Irradiate 4 samples per fluence?

11:15 → 11:30 RD50-MPW4 - DAQ debugging and preliminary active matrix measurements

• Need to prepare evaluation plan: what parameters do we want to measure, and under which conditions? And who does what? Among other things, we need to study the power consumption in detail, as this has not been done properly in previous chips.
