Registration & Fee Payment

Payment deadline:

Please pay the registration fee by 14th June.

Two step registrations:

1. indico registration:  (URL will be shown here after opening the registration)
   • Please fill in comment column if you would have any request:
     • The visa to enter Japan (Detailed visa information)
     • dietary restriction for the dinner. 
     • accompanying person for excursion and the dinner.
2. Payment with credit card
   • Please go to the payment page and proceed as following:
     • choose amount of fee and accompanying person(s).
     • please provide name and email address (The provided e-mail address will be used for your payment ID).
     • check terms and privacy policy and click "Submit"
     • check information you filled and amount of payment. Note that 6% transaction fee will be applied which can not be refund. Please make sure you are paying correct amount.
     • Fill in your credit card information and click "Purchase".
   • You will receive an email from noreply@payvent.net. Please check spam folder if you would not receive email within 30 min. 

Payment is accepted via credit card (major card, i.e. master, visa). Payment with bank transfer is possible. Please mention it in the registration form.  

Registration fee for in-person participants:

• Regular registration fee: 30000 JPY (~ 175 CHF)
• Student registration fee: 22000 JPY (~ 130 CHF)
• Fee for accompanying person: Includes excursion and workshop dinner.
  • Regular: 20000 JPY (~ 120 CHF)
  • 19 yeas old or below with the same dinner: 17500 JPY(~ 100 CHF)
  • 19 yeas old or below with kids plate (good for 8 or below): 14000 JPY (~ 80 CHF)
  • Infant: free for charge (no dedicated sheet and food)

Cancellation policy

• Until 19 days before: Cancellation is with full refund (except transaction fee of 6%) 
• 12 ~ 18 days before: Cancellation is possible with 80% refund.
• 1 ~ 11 days before: Cancellation is possible with 70% refund.
• From the first day: Cancellation with 0% refund.
