Update on tuning simulations, simone Liuzzo

pyAT and MADX simulations agree very well in terms of optics with misalignments up to 30um and orbit corrections with sextupole strength ramp-up. Next key step is adding optics corrections in these studies (possibly also error ramp-up).

Laurent Deniau volunteered to incorporate MAD-NG to the code comparison. He already received lattices from Tessa.

BBA of sextupoles, Xiaobiao

First simulations of sextupole BBA show that modulating more than one sextupole at a time is not feasible. The BBA resolution for 1 sextupole looked very good on the plot but statistics is needed and Xiaobiao will report the number in the future.

IP tuning, Satya

New IP tuning knobs are generated and tested for the ideal machine. Next steps involve applying then in tuning simulations both from Tessa and Simone.

Naming convention, Ghislain

Oides's lattices become GHC for global hybrid correction and Pantaleo's lattices become LCC for Local chromaticity correction.
