Registration fee

The registration fee for students and regular participants includes attendance to all Conference Sessions, Coffee breaks, Lunches from Monday to Thursday, Welcome Reception on Sunday evening, Monday evening Social Event, the Conference Dinner on Wednesday and the Thursday afternoon visit (city tour).

The registration fee for accompanying persons (evenings) includes the Welcome Reception on Sunday evening, Monday evening Social Event, the Conference Dinner on Wednesday and the Thursday afternoon visit (city tour). The registration fee for accompanying persons (full) includes beside evening events also lunches and coffee breaks.

In order to identify your payment, when making a bank transfer, please include the text "IWORID 2025" together with your surname and registration number to the note of payment and then send a copy of the bank transfer to the iworid2025@stuba.sk, so that the payment of each participant can be identified more easily.

After the payment processing is completed, a confirmation will be sent to you with an invoice with your organization details you have provided during registration. 

Cancellation

Registrations may be cancelled until 1st of June, in which case a partial refund of 70% of the paid fees will be done. It will not be possible to offer any refunds on cancellations received after that date.

 

The conference registration fee for students and regular participants includes:
