Following the previous editions of iWoRiD, the proceedings of iWoRiD2025 will be published in the Proceeding Section of Journal of Instrumentation (JINST). Submission of such a full proceedings paper is not mandatory.
Only abstracts presented during the conference, either orally or as poster (the speaker's presence was checked throughout the poster session) are enabled to be published in JINST as it was announced in the 'instructions for oral and poster presentation'.
- Submission opens on July 31, 2025
- Submission deadline is September 30, 2025
- For acceptance, papers must have high scientific quality and be well-written
- 8-page limit
- Prof. Christer Frojdh will be the editor and publication chair
