Description

Light-ion collisions provide a controlled laboratory to test the path-length dependence of parton energy loss in a QCD medium whose transverse size is significantly smaller than in Pb+Pb, while maintaining high jet rates at the LHC. ATLAS recorded $\sim 8~\mathrm{nb}^{-1}$ of O+O and $\sim 1~\mathrm{nb}^{-1}$ of Ne+Ne data at $\sqrt{s_{\mathrm{NN}}}=5.36~\mathrm{TeV}$ in 2025. This poster presents measurements of jet azimuthal anisotropies in O+O and Ne+Ne collisions, targeting $v_2$ and $v_3$ (and higher harmonics where statistically accessible) as functions of event centrality and jet transverse momentum. The measurements will be compared between O+O and Ne+Ne, and to existing Pb+Pb results and theoretical calculations, to constrain the system-size and geometry dependence of jet quenching in light-ion collisions.
