Conference check-in
Participants attending Student Day may check in and pick up their conference materials on Sunday, June 21, from 8:30-9:00 a.m. in the lobby of Stevenson Building 4.
All other participants may check in and pick up their conference materials on Monday, June 22, from 8:00-8:30 a.m. in the lobby of the Student Life Center.
Outside the main check-in times, conference assistance will be available at the following help desks:
- Sunday: lobby of Stevenson Building 4
- Monday, Thursday, and Friday: lobby of the Student Life Center
- Tuesday and Wednesday: Garland Hall
For late check-in or other questions, please visit the help desk. If no one is at the desk, scan the QR code posted there to request assistance.
Participants will receive their badge and conference materials at check-in. Please wear your conference badge during conference sessions and events, including lunch, the receptions and the conference dinner.
Student Day - Sunday, June 21
Student Day will take place on Sunday, June 21, in Stevenson Building 4. Students and postdocs receiving conference support are expected to attend. Other registered students and postdocs are welcome to participate.
Weather and what to bring
Nashville in late June is typically warm and humid, with possible rain or thunderstorms. Participants should consider bringing sun protection and an umbrella. Typical June temperatures are approximately midday highs of 30 °C / 86 °F and nightly lows of 20 °C / 68 °F.
