The main SUSY 2025 conference will be preceded by a week-long pre-SUSY summer school, which runs from Monday, August 11, 2025 to Friday, August 15, 2025. The school is designed to provide graduate students and early career post-docs with lectures on advanced topics in particle physics, astroparticle physics, and cosmology. Note that if you wish to attend the pre-SUSY 2025 School, you must separately register for the pre-SUSY week (with no registration fee) and arrange for on-campus housing using the link provided above.
For graduate and undergraduate student attendees of the pre-SUSY School who also wish to attend the main SUSY 2025 conference, there is a special registration fee of USD 100. Postdocs who wich to attend both pre-SUSY and SUSY pay a special registration fee of USD 250. This registration fee (and the cost of the extra week of on-campus housing) should be paid when you register for the pre-SUSY school via the link above.
