Transportation and Workshop Venue

The best airport to fly into is Will Rogers World Airport (OKC): https://flyokc.com/

There are non-stop flights to OKC from all major US hubs. You can find rental car and shuttle information at the link above as well.

It is recommended to rent a car, since most of the hotels are not within walking distance from campus, and public transportation may not be as convenient as in other metropolitan areas. Parking at most hotels will be free, and the workshop registration includes parking passes at the event.

If you prefer not to rent a car, you can get a shuttle from OKC to your hotel, it should be about $50 one way. One option is Airport Express: https://www.airportexpressokc.com/ or reservations@airportexpressokc.com or 405-681-3311.

And here is the link to the Norman public transport web page:

https://www.normanok.gov/residents-visitors/transit-parking

It shows bus schedules as well as information for On-Demand rides and E-Scooters and such.

Or you can use Uber or Lyft to get around town.

The workshop will be held at the Thurman J. White Forum Building south of the main OU campus:

https://pacs.ou.edu/about/conference-services

https://www.google.com/maps/place/Thurman+White+Hall

It is within easy walking distance from campus and the museums, as well as restaurants on campus corner.

The workshop will be in conference room B, which is the end room closest to the parking area (see below). Registration/check-in will be in the center of the Forum, also in the B wing.

Parking will be on the south-east side of the building, on the corner of Asp and Timberdell, and parking passes will be provided. See below for the parking map. Please park in the magenta rows.
