The XQCD Conference will provide financial support to the PhD student participants. Support will be granted only to those students who submit an abstract for a talk or a poster.
Possible forms of support are:
- Conference fee waiver
- Free accommodation in the student dormitory
- Travel support as our limited funds allow
You can apply for the student support using the conference registration form and following these steps:
- Specify which kinds of support you want to apply for
- Upload your current CV (in PDF, max 2 pages)
- Upload the reference letter from your supervisor confirming your student status and explaining why you need travel support (if you apply for it). The reference letter should contain your name and affiliation and has to be prepared as a PDF file.
- If you apply for travel support, estimate of your travel expenses.
Note 1: Participation in the XQCD PhD School is obligatory for those granted travel support!
Note 2: Students receiving support may be asked to help during the conference.
Note 3: The deadline for the travel support is May 22, 2025!
