Arrival and Departure Dates
The workshop reception starts in the evening of May 11, 2025. The physics program will begin in May 12 morning and conclude in May 16 evening. Participants are expected to depart on May 17 morning.
Travel
It is very convenient to come to Hefei by high-speed train from big cities such as Shanghai (2-5 hours), Wuhan (1.5-2.5 hours), Nanjing (~ 50 minutes), Hangzhou (~2 hours), etc. The schedule can be found on the website of China railway. There are three railway stations in Hefei. They are Hefei, Hefeinan and Hefeibeicheng statations. The former two are recommended. Feel free to contact the local organizers if you need any assistant on booking train tickets.
Hefei is also well connected by flights with many cites. There is only one airport in Hefei, Hefei Xinqiao International Airport.
The conference will be held at Zipeng Mountain Guangyuan International Conference Center, Hefei, China, located in the core area of the Zipeng Mountain National Forest Park. It is about 45 kilometers from Hefei Xinqiao International Airport and similar distance from Hefeinan railway Station or Hefei railway station. It takes about 50 minutes to the conference center from the airport or the railway stations by taxi and costs 20-30 USD. One may also choose subway + bus + foot (~3 km) from the railway stations, which takes about 2 hours and costs about 1.5 USD.
