The workshop will primarily consist of short presentations (15-20 minutes), each followed by an extended Q&A session to encourage in-depth discussion. Each day will be organized into two main sessions: one in the morning and one in the late afternoon. Active participation in Q&A will be encouraged, and attendees will have the option to submit questions anonymously. All participants are expected to follow the code of conduct outlined on the conference website and to remain on the conference premises for the entire workshop.
By staying at the same location, participants will have ample opportunities for spontaneous discussions outside of scheduled sessions. To support this, free time is planned between lunch and the afternoon session, as well as after dinner, allowing for additional informal interactions.
As in previous editions, each session will open with an introductory presentation given by an invited speaker, expert in the topic of that session. This introductory talk will be aimed at graduate students, providing foundational insights into the subject to be discussed and setting the stage for the subsequent presentations.
