Participants are responsible for making their own accommodation arrangements once they have received confirmation of their acceptance to the workshop.
NOTE: on previous occasions, several participants received phishing messages offering to book accommodation for the event (from e.g. conventionsaccommodation, g-travelexperts, etc.). We do not send such messages and participants need to make their own arrangements for their accommodation (either at the CERN hostel or hotels nearby).
CERN Hostel
Please note that a number of rooms at the CERN Hotel have been blocked for this workshop. To reserve one of these rooms, please fill in the form you can find here and send it back directly to housing.service@cern.ch before December 15.
Please note that those rooms are exclusively for participants (no accompanying persons).
For organizational reasons, reservations are processed in order of arrival.
After the deadline, you can still request a room by sending the form directly to housing.service@cern.ch but the reservation is not guaranteed (they will confirm availability or not).
IMPORTANT: CERN hostel will be closed during the Christmas break from 20 December 2025 to 5 January 2026. You will not get any answer during that time. Thank you for your understanding.
