The HaQaton will be an exciting experience where you will put your skills to the test bench. A full day competition. Drinks and food will be served throughout the day.
It is important that you register for the HaQaton so that we count with you. You can add your name to the list in any team you like, even build your own.
The schedule will be as follows:
9:00 Reception Coffee (Cafeteria): you are welcome to start the day with a good amount of coffee and pastries. Get in touch with your team here and put on your color batch.
9:30 HaQaton presentation and welcome (Aula Magna)
9:45 Aula 0: Project presentation. There will be 5 projects for your team to chose. You will also receive all the instructions to ask for assistance from the tutors.
10:30 - 18:00 non-stop working. (Faculty tables and classrooms)
There will be coffee, drinks and food served on a regular basis, so that you can work breathlessly throughout the day. You can occupie your favorite space inside the building. You can contact the lecturers at any time online, but they will only be present at certain times of the day.
18:00 - 19:00 Presentation of results. (Aula Magna) You will be asked to present the results of your team work in 5-10 minutes.
19:00 - 19:30 Jury deliberation. Refreshment.
19:30 - 20:00 Prizes, presents. Closing.
