Registration Fee
The conference fee will include access to the conference venue and partecipation to all the sessions, coffee breaks, conference proceedings, partecipation to all social activities (welcome reception, conference dinner, excursion). For participants the conference fee is:
- 280 EUR (early bird fee) for payment no later than July 11th.
- 330 EUR for payment later than July 11th.
A reduced fee for students (bachelor, master and PhD) is forseen. If you are eligible to benefit of the reduced fee, please remember to select it in the appropriate field on the registration form. The reduced fee amounts to:
- 230 EUR (early bird fee) for payment no later than July 11th.
- 280 EUR for payment later than July 11th.
For remote participation a fee of 50 EUR is required.
Accompaying person:
- 150 EUR. It includes the welcome reception, the conference dinner and the excursion. If your accompanying persons would like to attend only some of the proposed social activities the costs are 100 EUR for the social dinner and 50 EUR for the excursion (free the welcome reception).
Payment Details
The registration fee should be paid in Euro via bank transfer. The registered participants will also be notified by the organizers via mail with all information regarding their payment.
Please, be aware that registration is considered successful only after the full payment has been received.

! Important Information for participants of both KAON25 Conference and KOTOII Workshop!
If you plan to participate to the KAON25 Conference and to the following KOTOII Workshop, you can pay both registration fees within the same bank transfer. In this case please add to the conference fee the corresponding fee of the workshop (conference fee + 50 EUR).
