Entry
For easy entry into Korea, the e-arrival Card replaces the traditional paper arrival card. While the paper can still be accepted, the e-arrival Card would ensure a smooth entry.

Do not forget to have your VISA (please check if you need to apply for K-ETA)
Then you will arrive at the Incheon International airport first.
to the Venue (~ 2 hours)
option 1) You can use the airport rail road to come to Seoul and take the Seoul subway line number 2 (green) at Hongik University station to get to the Hanyang Universtiy Station.

option 2) You can go directly to Seoul Station (there is a direct airport rail road to Seoul Station so it is fast) and take the Seoul subway line 4 or 1 and change to line number 2 to the Hanyang University.

to the Hotels ( ~1.5 hours)
Depending on where your hotel is, you can take off on the way to the venue. We recommend you choose the hotel along the Subway line number 2 (green). You can also take a bus which will directly take you to the hotel from the airport.
