Description
The phi(1020) vector meson (dominant) decays into a pair of kaon and anti-kaon are investigated by means of both effective meson interactions, at the tree and one-loop levels, and with a one-loop quark approach. Deviation from the pure strange anti-strange quark composition is discussed by considering the vector-meson mixing. Phi decays into pions, in OZI-violating channels, are discussed within the same framework.
We discuss next steps of the work aiming to describe such decays in finite energy density environment.
