Submission deadline
The abstract submission deadline is February 9th, 2026 for talks and February 16th, 2026 for posters (both deadlines at 23:59 BRT).
Participants interested in having a contribution to any session in ICHEP2026 should submit the abstracts for talks and poster via the abstract submission system in the ICHEP2026 indico website. All contributions will be judged by the corresponding conveners and authors will be notified about the acceptance/rejection of their abstracts by March 9th, 2026.
The conference will take place exclusively in person.
Important
The abstract submission does NOT guarantee the participant's registration to ICHEP2026. The registration process is open, and speakers are invited to register. Please follow the instructions below for submit your abstract. All speakers and poster presenters have to be registered in indico.
Instructions for abstract submission
Click the "Submit a new abstract" button below to submit an abstract for a talk in a parallel session or a poster. All submitters will be asked to be authenticated.
Participants holders of an indico account at CERN can log in with your Username or e-mail Address and password, as usual. If you do not have an indico account at CERN, you must create one: click on the ‘External email - Guest access’ button (see image below). Other options to connect to an indico account, e.g., connect with your social media accounts, are also available. Follow all steps for the account registration process. Once you have created your indico account at CERN, return to this conference page and log in with your new account.
Once logged in, you should fill out the abstract details following the instructions in the abstract submission form.
