Description
In this talk, I will present results on the pion structure derived from a dynamical model based on the Bethe–Salpeter equation formulated in Minkowski space. To this end, we employ the Nakanishi integral representation for the Bethe–Salpeter amplitude. The interaction kernel incorporates effective quark and gluon masses, as well as a scale parameter associated with the extended quark–gluon vertex. Within this model, we compute the pion weak decay constant, the valence component probability, the light-front momentum distributions, and the distribution amplitudes. We also obtain the probability densities in both light-front momentum space and in the three-dimensional space defined by the Cartesian product of the covariant Ioffe time and the transverse coordinates. We also calculate hadronic observables as the pion electromagnetic form factor, the parton distribution function and the unpolarized transverse momentum distribution. We compare our results with available experimental data and with other theoretical models.
