Description
This paper describes the science outreach and academic training activities developed by the extension project "Scientific Inclusion: From Knowledge to the Dissemination of Particle Physics," linked to the Science Club of IFRN Campus Natal-Central. The project establishes an interface between formal/informal education and high-energy research through interinstitutional collaborations with centers of excellence such as CERN, LIP, and BNL. The activities are based on conducting MasterClasses with analysis of real LHC data, virtual visits to the ATLAS experiment, and the production of educational materials for events and digital platforms. The international dimension of the project is evidenced by the technical visit of students from the Integrated High School program to the facilities of Laboratory of Instrumentation and Experimental Particle Physics (LIP - Portugal) and European Organization for Nuclear Research (CERN - Switzerland). The results demonstrate the effectiveness of didactic transposition strategies in abstract topics, promoting scientific literacy and institutional recognition of the coordinators within INCT/CERN-Brazil. It is concluded that the articulation between basic education and cutting-edge research is a strategic tool for overcoming educational barriers and strengthening scientific culture in the national context.
