The registration is performed in two steps. First, please fill in your registration information on this indico page and then proceed to the IRIS page to arrange for on-campus housing.
IRIS page for on-campus housing
On the IRIS page, you will have the option to reserve on-campus accommodation (inclusive of all meals) or purchase meal packages and campus parking permits in case you wish to arrange your accommodation at an off-campus hotel.
Attendance of the Pre-SUSY School is free of charge. For graduate or undergraduate student attendees of the pre-SUSY School who also wish to attend the main SUSY 2025 conference, there is a special registration fee of USD 100, which is one of the options available when you register for the pre-SUSY school via the IRIS page for on-campus housing linked above. For postdocs who wish to attend both pre-SUSY and SUSY, the special registration fee is USD 250.
Note: for participants of the Pre-SUSY School who choose to attend the main SUSY 2025 conference, please arrange the payment of on-campus housing and the SUSY 2025 registration fee using the IRIS page link for the Pre-SUSY School provided above. In addition, you should then separately register via Indico for the main SUSY 2025 conference.
