You can register for either in-person or online-only participation.
Registrations open in early November, and close on Friday 10 April 2026. For early bird prices, register before 23 January 2026!

Fees include:
- Catering for all coffee breaks
- Lunches on all full conference days (Tue, Wed, Thu)
- A welcome “ice-breaker” cocktail event on Monday evening.
Payment must be made during registration via credit card. Alternative methods are available on request.

Bursaries
There are a limited number of bursaries available which will be awarded on a needs basis at the discretion of the organising committee. These are primarily intended to enable the participation of individuals who would not otherwise be able to attend, due, e.g., to geographical disparities in funding and access, caring responsibilities or the need to be accompanied by a support person for medical reasons. Additional support may also be available for green travel ‘top-ups’ to enable more environmentally sustainable travel choices where a participant's funder will not cover the additional cost.

Applications for bursaries will be accepted until 23 January 2026.

Registration fees are fully refundable (minus the credit card handling fee) if we are informed of your cancellation before Monday 20 April 2026.
