Registration consists of TWO steps:
(1) Pre-register via the CERN Indico system filling the PERSONAL DATA at the end of this page.
(2) Create an account and log into this ONLINE SYSTEM.
You will receive an invoice and information for payment.
Pre-booked rooms at the Hospedería San Martín Pinario can also be reserved through the system * until June 15 *, where you may also indicate any dietary restrictions.
* NOTE that your registration WILL NOT BE COMPLETE until the FULL PAYMENT is done *
Once payment is received, CONGRESOS SANT YAGO will send you a confirmation receipt.
The payment must be made in Euros.
REGISTRATION FEES:
Registration includes: proceedings (online), coffee breaks, five (3-course) lunches, social activities and dinner banquet.

Standard: 450 euros
Student: 400 euros
Accompanying person: 100 euros (social activities + dinner banquet only)
* After May 15, 2026 *
Standard: 500 euros
Student: 450 euros

PAYMENT OPTIONS:
(A) CREDIT CARD ONLINE: you will be redirected to the bank secure page. VISA and Mastercard are accepted (AMERICAN EXPRESS IS NOT ACCEPTED).
(B) BANK TRANSFER: Once you choose this method of payment, you will receive the necessary data from our bank account to make the payment.
In "Concept" please write:
"ECRS 2026" + your name and surname.
It is important to send an email with the receipt of the bank transfer to: congresos@santyago.es
Once we check the amount in the bank account, your registration will appear as paid in your personal area.
REGISTRATION CANCELLATION POLICY
All cancellations or changes must be sent to CONGRESOS SANT YAGO by email to: congresos@santyago.es
Cancellations received up to June 15, 2026. Deposits will be refunded except for 50 € for administrative costs.
NO REFUND will be made for cancellations received after June 15, 2026.
