🛌 Accommodation
All students will share rooms at the CERN Hotel. For more detailed information, please visit this website.
You will have a kitchen available at the hotel.
🏃 How to get around
At CERN: Install the app CERN Campus in IOS or Android to know your way around CERN. You can also use this online map in your browser.
Outside CERN: tram and bus tickets can be bought on tpgpreview app, in the bus or at the tram station.

🍽️ Catering
- There is an accessible kitchen in Buildin 38.
- Restaurant 1 (R1) is located next to the CERN hotel. There is also RESTAURANT 2. Both of them serve breakfast, lunch & dinner (06:00-22:00).
- Coffee breaks will be served during the program
- You will receive two lunch vouchers of 20 CHF on the first day upon arrival. The vouchers allow you to use in the restaurant R1 on 12 September and in the restaurant R3 on 13 September 2024.
- There is a wide range of food and drink options, including vegetarian and vegan. The menu is updated daily.

- Free wifi access on campus.
- You can connect your phone on Wifi to call abroad.

- 6/R-012 - conference room has 40 seats and screen (20/10 all day, 21/10 all day except 13:30-15:30, 22/10 17:00-23:00,

On the second floor:

- 6/2-008 has 15 seats and screen
- 6/2-024 - BE Auditorium Meyrin has 114 seats and screen
