  • Présentation du Indico pour le recrutement des guides + principe de sélection : https://indico.cern.ch/e/ndm26-guides
  • Retroplanning recrutement des guides
    • 4 mai : Publication du Indico NDM
    • 4 mai : Mail envoyé aux guides francophones avec NDM et CineGlobe
    • 13 mai : deadline enregistrements + sélection des guides labs et shows par responsable
    • 18 mai : assignation des autres guides (expos, chasse au trésor et info&flow)
    • 20 mai : envoi du planning

1. Indico for guides' recruitement : https://indico.cern.ch/e/ndm26-guide

  • Need to be modify for the science show as they'll have specific slots
  • Access and registration management shared with Adelina, Anastasia, Laura, Serge 

 

2. Recruitment schedule for guides

  • 4 May: Publication of the Indico NDM
  • 4 May: Email sent to French-speaking guides containing the NDM and CineGlobe
  • 13 May: Registration deadline (official, but we’ll keep the Indico open if necessary) + selection of guides for labs, shows and the ELISA beam by the coordinators
  • 18 May: Assignment of other guides (exhibitions, treasure hunt and info&flow) by Lou
  • 20 May: Schedule sent out and added to POA 
  • 28 May: Specific training sessions

3. AV

  • Smart bats to be added to the piazza and along the walkways

4. Communication plan for the event

  • Article in the bulletin for CERNies on 7 May :
    •  Info that they have to pay and why + add that any other day it's free + Particles trail launched on that day
    •  Add the advertising for the guides
  • Article in the bulletin for CERNis on X May:
    • Reminder about the event for CERNies
    • Addition of CineGlobe 
  • Posters Nuit des musées inside CERN --> Need to create the 'Aussi at CERN' sticker (Aurélie & Lou)
  • Sent signage for the internal screens --> Aurélie
  • Contact social media team --> Mélissa
    •  for a post on Saturday 30 May in the morning with CERN's participation
    • for someone on the d-day to take some contents 
    • for a post after the event (on Monday ideally)
  • Contact AV team for a photographer on that day --> Mélissa
  • Prepare the consent form for minors --> Aurélie

 

5. On the trail of particles

  • All questions and text ready in English
  • Stickers to be created to be added inside the SG --> Aleska on it
  • Test of the website is positive :  https://higgs-mission.web.cern.ch 
    • Need to create the trail in French
    • Need to recreate a website with the good url
    • Need to add nice design to the website to make it nice
    • Need to create a 'user manuel' for the guides

6. Design stickers --> Mélissa meets with design team Thursday afternoon

  • Modify the . at the end by ! or nothing
  • Make it a bit funnier for the kids: holographic or shining in the dark
  • CERN logo ?
