The timetable for the conference will be populated as soon as possible. To allow for early planning an approximate preliminary overall programme timetable is outlined below.
Tuesday, 13th of October:
- 08:30 - 09:30: registration;
- 09:30 - 17:00: conference proceedings (talks, lunch and coffee breaks).
- 17:30 - 19:30: poster session and welcome reception;
Wednesday, 14th of October:
- 09:00 - 17:00: conference proceedings (talks, lunch and coffee breaks).
- 19:00 - 21:00: conference dinner;
Thursday:
- 09:00 - 13:00: conference proceedings (talks, lunch and coffee breaks).
Please, be aware that this is an approximate programme outline, subject to change. We recommend planning for arrival in Riga on Monday, 12th of October and for departure in the afternoon of Thursday, 15th of October.
