Applications for student participation in the MLQC4FC Training School are now open. If you wish to apply for participation, please complete the "Application for Students" form below.
Please note that submitting an application does not constitute acceptance to the Training School. All applications will be evaluated by the Selection Committee, and only selected applicants will receive a confirmation of acceptance. Registration will be completed only after acceptance has been confirmed.
Participation in the Training School is partially funded by the COST Action MLQC4FC. The COST Action will cover the scientific programme, coffee breaks, and part of the lunch costs. Selected participants will be required to pay a financial contribution of €185, covering the remaining costs of the lunches, social dinner, and excursion. By submitting this application, applicants acknowledge and accept to pay this financial contribution in case they are selected.
As part of this application form, applicants are required to upload a Curriculum Vitae (CV) and a short Motivation Letter.
In addition, applicants are required to arrange for their supervisor (or another senior researcher familiar with their work) to send a Letter of Recommendation directly to rakhimahbubani@gmail.com and jelena@cern.ch before the application deadline.
Only complete applications will be considered by the Selection Committee.
A limited number of participants will be eligible for COST reimbursement of travel expenses and/or a daily allowance. Applicants wishing to be considered for this support are required to indicate it in the application form explicitly.
Detailed information regarding the reimbursement procedure will be provided to the selected participants.
Participation of the lecturers and tutors in the MLQC4FC Training School is by invitation only, and their registration will be processed separately by the organisers.
