HEPTech is the Technology Transfer (TT) Network of TT Offices of public research organisations (nodes), active in particle, astro-particle and nuclear physics, with the mandate of increasing the effectiveness of Knowledge and Technology Transfer activities in CERN member states. HEPTech is composed of 20 nodes active in these fields, and during recent years it has implemented the tools and structure necessary to support its networking activity. Its program includes the fostering of collaborations amongst the nodes with the possibility of contributing in services, training and experts to other members of the network. This Workshop entitled "Advanced TTOs meet Early-stage TTOs", hosted by the Sofia University in Bulgaria, focuses on the training on current experience and assessment of what are the best practices applied in the particle, astro-particle and nuclear physics field of research which is part of specific actions for benefit of the Nodes with limited capability. During this workshop, thanks to the knowledge of the World Intelectual Property Organization (WIPO) and HEPTech experts, we will address best practices in Technology Transfer in the particle physics context and review various TTOffice's structures, organisations and activities.

Attendance is open to all HEPTech members but also to all organisations in CERN Member States that are active in particle, astro-particle and nuclear physics and are interested in promoting Technology Transfer within their institutions.
