This is the important information concerning Russian visa procedures.
If you need Russian visa, please, follow the instructions below:
- register on our web page
- check that your passport is valid until 23.05.2013 at least
- write e-mail to ihep-lhc@ihep.ru with the following information:
- Name
- Date of birth
- Passport number and expiration date
- Citizenship
- City (only with Russian consulate!) where you are going to obtain visa
- Fax number where you want to receive a copy of your official invitation
- Your position at home institute and full detailed address of your home institute
- Scanned pages of your passport in attachment to the mail (pages with photo and basic information)
After the previous steps our International Department will take care about all the formalities and 2-3 weeks later you'll receive a fax with official invitation. With this invitation you will have to go to the Russian consulate in the city which you indicated before, fill visa application form and in 3-5 days you will get Russian visa.
By default we will prepare invitation from 16.11.2012 to 15.12.2012, let us know if you need other dates
