The regular registration fee covers:
- Use of conference venue and facilities
- Welcome Cocktail (on Monday evening)
- Two coffee-breaks each day
- Social dinner
- Logistic support for accommodation (if needed)
- Conference bag
Lunches are not included in the conference fee. A lunch in Bologna is between 10€ and 50€ and depends obviously on where you eat and what you choose. Participants will be provided with a list of suggested restaurants close to the conference venue.

Payment details
Payments can be done by bank transfer and by credit cards. Local Organizers have entitled "MI&T Congressi"to collect fees and issue receipts. Participants are required to use the MI&T Agency secure website, through the Registration Form:
- Credit Card: (CartaSi, Visa, Visa Electron, Mastercard, American Express), Secure Socket Layer (SSL Tecnology) encryption will be used. The payment is done using our Agency paypal account: registrants are not required to have a paypal account to complete the payment. If, for any reason, you are required by paypal to create an account, disable javascript and retry the payment procedure.
- Bank Transfer: see account coordinates on the Registration Form. It is important to indicate as subject of the transfer: HEPIX 2013 for [Your-Name Your-Surname].
For payments by Bank Transfer, please bring a proof of payment to the conference registration desk.
Some instructions for compiling the Registration Form:
- The fields marked with an asterisk are mandatory.

In the field "VAT Number or Partita IVA (Codice Fiscale for Italian only)":
- participants with Italian affiliation (INFN or University) should enter "Partita IVA" or Fiscal code of the institute;
- other participants are kindly requested to enter the Identifier VAT number of their Institute. For administrative reasons "MI&T Congressi" should issue the receipt of payment, addressed directly to the participant's affiliated Institute.
- Arrival and departure dates are requested for organizational purposes.
Cancellation and Fee Refund Policy
Cancellation requests should be addressed to hepix2013_contact@lists.infn.it- For cancellations before April 5th, 2013 the full fee will be refunded.
- For cancellations after April 5th, 2013 only 50% of the conference fee can be refunded.
- After April 10th, 2013 the fee cannot be refunded.
