ACCOMMODATION
A number of hotel rooms with special rates have been reserved in the hotels listed below. All hotels are in the centre of the town, at few hundred meters off the meeting venue. For the reservation, please contact directly the hotels within the 20th of February 2013 and mention "HEPIX SPRING 2013" in order to get the rates given below.
Bookings are made on a first-come first-served basis. After the 20th of February, availability of the rooms and special rates are no longer guaranteed.
Please note that rates include breakfast but exclude the daily city tax (tassa di soggiorno) which depends on the hotel category (from 2 to 4 euros per night).
