The registration fee covers program costs and coffee breaks. One receipt for the total conference fee (including registration and banquet costs) will be issued. Early registration ends April 14th. The registration fees are as follows:
The banquet will be Monday, May 6th. The cost of the banquet is $55 per person. The conference will end Wednesday, May 8th at lunch time.
