The Physics Week will take place in the Centro Culturale San Gaetano, in the city centre of Padova, via Altinate 71. The special session on Wednesday afternoon will be held in the Aula Magna of the University ancient building, via VIII febbraio 2, and the Analysis Tutorial session on Friday afternoon in the Aula "Rostagni" of the Physics and Astronomy Department, via Marzolo 8.

- AIRSERVICE airport shuttle. A shuttle service can be booked to collect participants at the airport and drive them directly to their hotels. The price per person, one-way, is 29 (one person) to 23 euros (3 or more people to the same hotel). In order to book this service, please complete the corresponding part of the Registration Form, before the 10th of May.
- Bus "SITA". The ticket costs 8 euros and can be bought at one of the desks located in the arrivals hall (on your left when you exit); the bus stop is located outside the arrivals hall, on the right side of the second lane; the travel time is 1 hour and 10 minutes; get off at "Padova Autostazione", the main stop in Padova. The bus runs every 60 minutes, at HH:40 from 7:40 to 21:40 (on the way back at HH:25 from "Padova Autostazione").
