A number of hotel rooms with special rates have been blocked in the hotels listed below. All hotels are in the centre of the town, at few hundred meters off the meeting venue. For the reservation, please contact directly the hotels within 31st of March 2013 and mention "ALICE PHYSICS WEEK" in order to get the rates given below.
Bookings are made on a first-come first-served basis. After the 31st of March, availability of the rooms and special rates are no longer guaranteed. Please note that rates include breakfast and the city tax (tassa di soggiorno) which depends on the hotel category (from 1,50 to 3 euros per night).
